Acknowlegement of T & C

I understand there is an audition fee of £5, payable upon receipt of an invoice.

I understand there will be a rehearsal fee of £5 per rehearsal attended.

I understand that rehearsals will take place on a Tuesday and Thursday (4.30pm - 6pm) via Zoom and every other Saturday (12pm - 2.30pm) in Hockley as required.

I am happy to pay for a copy of the script should my child be cast costing £10.99 per script.

I will provide costume for my child as per guidance.

I will notify the director in advance of a scheduled rehearsal should my child be unable to attend.

If cast I am happy for my child to perform in at least 2 performances of The Adventures of Mr Toad at the Dixon Studio in October.

I understand there is a £10 performance fee for the week of the show.

I understand that there is no guarantee that my child will be cast and the audition fee of £5 is non-refundable.
